MeiVac and Magnetic Solutions Agree to Collaborate; Will Provide Support and Service for Each Other's Tools
San Jose, CA - January 14, 2008 - MeiVac, Inc. a leading provider of sputtering systems and components today announced that MeiVac and Magnetic Solutions have agreed to collaborate on a program to provide service and support for each other's tools. MeiVac, based in San Jose, California and Magnetic Solutions, based in Dublin, Ireland each have relatively large installed bases of their tools located close to the other's headquarters. The companies plan to cross-training service engineers and execute a definitive agreement that will allow each company to service the other's systems. Benefits to customers will include faster response times and lower costs.
