MeiVac Introduces An Insitu, Multi-gun Sputter Source Assembly
San Jose, CA - October 8, 2007 - MeiVac, Inc. a leading provider of sputtering systems and components today announced the introduction of its insitu, multi-gun sputter source assembly. Designed around a basic architecture, the assembly is sufficiently configurable to accommodate a variety of flange sizes and types. This enables MeiVac to meet a user's specific needs with limited time and cost associated with final customization. Shipments of products incorporating this design are expected as early as January, 2008.
